CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and leocoffee (the sole owner of its brand "leo coffee" and "leocoffee.co.in") that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive the leocoffee Service and use the leocoffee Website ("leocoffee.co.in"). If you use the leocoffee Service or leocoffee.co.in, you agree to these terms and conditions. leocoffee and leocoffee.co.in is hereinafter referred to as leocoffee.co.in.

Leocoffee.co.in Service is a service available to authorized users ("customers") who access leocoffee.co.in. leocoffee.co.in currently provides an online coffee shopping and delivery service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services.

Leocoffee.co.in's employees, agents or designees will deliver orders for coffee available on leocoffee.co.in. Delivery may be free of charge or as per the mentioned rates and made to the delivery address that you specify when you confirm your order.

Prices for products you place in your cart will be guaranteed for the transaction. Payment for coffee is due at the time of transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive. If leocoffee.co.in cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the specified time, or wrong address / details given to us by you, will be assessed an additional fee. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through the leocoffee.co.in Service, you may call customer service at the time of receiving your order at +91-8749874987 or write to us at info@leocoffee.co.in. Leocoffee.co.in’s liability for missing a delivery is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

PRICING

All the products listed on leocoffee.co.in will be sold at price stated in the Website although prices of the coffee do not fluctuate on a daily basis but is subject to change depending on various factors. Revised prices will be updated almost immediately on the portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a policy you will not be able to cancel any order after it is placed on the Website but one can email us at info@leocoffee.co.in within 6 hours of it being ordered for us to cancel/refeund the same. However, if there are changes in the delivery address or need to add more products, you need to call us on customer care number +91-8749874987.

Once the cancellation done, the amount (entire amount or any deduction such as service charges) will be refunded via original method of payment within 15 to 20 working days

RETURN POLICY

If customer receive damage / bad quality product and it is come to the notice to Leo Coffee by mail or call. We will replace the damaged product with new or refund the amount to the customer.

REFUND POLICY

If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If return policy applicable, please confirm us within 7 working days to review the damaged product received from the customer and we will replace within 4-7 working days.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

We use the best and reputed courier or Indian post to despatch our products with in a day or two, once we receive the order. Delivery will takes 3-5 working days and sometimes, it is purely depending upon the place/location.

PLEASE NOTE

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. Please note we have a ‘no return and refund policy’.

All other trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos appearing on leocoffee.co.in are the property of their respective owners

YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree to provide leocoffee.co.in with accurate and complete information as required by registration for the leocoffee.co.in Service ("Customer Registration Data"), including, but not limited to, your name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number and promptly to notify leocoffee.co.in of any change in your Customer Registration Data at leocoffee.co.in. Upon registration, your username and password will allow you to access the leocoffee.co.in Service. Your password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. You agree to notify leocoffee.co.in promptly of any unauthorized use of your password or your account. You will remain liable for any use of the leocoffee.co.in Service until you notify leocoffee.co.in of the unauthorized use, loss or theft.
